Drink To Good Health!

It has come to my attention that the EXT Studio has a few members that enjoy the occasional drink. While Tracy and I abstain completely from alcoholic consumption(while leading classes, anyway), there are some ways to make the habit work to your benefit. This of course assumes a degree of moderation is exercised, btw 😛

Here are some great ideas you may want to try:

1.) Fizzy Gin & Juice Cocktail:  Juice grapes, cucumber, spinach, carrots and peppers with either a juicer or the simpler way – throw all ingredients in a blender with some water, liquify and then strain juice. Add carbonated water(I use a Soda Stream Carbonator), gin and ice.  The water will hydrate you and the juice will load your body with nutrients.  You may wake up the next day feeling better than usual!

2.) Coconut Martini: Add equal parts Vodka and Coconut Juice(preferably VitaCoco w/pineapple) to shaker with ice.  Shake vigorously and serve ice cold. This is another alternative that when consumed in moderation might help you wake up feeling refreshed
