Welcome to Peak Training, Inc. We are excited to help you meet your fitness goals.  Here are the easy steps to get started and things to keep in mind when training with us.

  • First…Set up your Profile  Click here 
  • Next choose which package you are interested in.  (If getting the FREE MONTH, select Bronze)
  • Proceed to check out.
  • trying a single class for free, use promo code: My First Time
  • -New and interested in one free month, choose Bronze package and use promo code: Free Month
  • Finally…Book your classes you would like to attend this month!

Fitness Training Tips

  • Doors are open and Fitness Trainers are available 15 minutes before and after each class.
  • Eat well and drink plenty of water before AND after session. The number one reason for fatigue is dehydration.
  • Clean and dry shoes will be BEST. Feel free to carry your workout shoes in and change into them.
  • Bring a towel and water of bottle to each session. You WILL sweat.
  • Vocalized any pain or illness you are feeling prior, during and after the session.
