Most classes at PEAK are 60 minutes and we try to start on time and end on time.  We offer a variety of different classes and you can pick and choose what works best for you.  We promote signing up for classes ahead of time…a day ahead of time, a week ahead of time or even schedule your whole month at one time.  This way you have a PLAN and you are more likely to get that workout in. Our instructors are great at customizing any class so please communicate injuries, limitations and pain.
