Peak Training classes are by appointment only so they are never overcrowded and contained enough so you can get proper supervision and instruction.  At Peak Training we offer several ways to meet your fitness goals.  Are your goals to rev up your workout, burn max calories, gain strength or flexibility??? We have a class for you!  NO EXPERIENCE NEEDED.  Classes are each designed to challenge the advanced client yet we make it achievable for those that needs it modified.  Don’t be afraid to try a class…we have clients with a wide range of ages and abilities.

Most classes at PEAK are 60 minutes and we try to start on time and end on time.  We offer a variety of different classes and you can pick and choose what works best for you.  We promote signing up for classes ahead of time…a day ahead of time, a week ahead of time or even schedule your whole month at one time.  This way you have a PLAN and you are more likely to get that workout in. Our instructors are great at customizing any class so please communicate injuries, limitations and pain.  Try to arrive just prior to start time.

T’s Boot Camp

Avoid plateaus by engaging in a constantly changing mix of Cardio Intervals, High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT),Kickboxing, & Resistance Circuits. This class promotes strength, balance and cardio training for both beginners and advanced trainees. If workout variety is a virtue you treasure, Nitro-Boot Camp is gonna rock your world!

Body Sculpt

Tone your arms, legs, waist & butt using a variety of body-blasting tools. Bands, weights, kettlebells paired with floorwork will sculpt your body to toned, chiseled perfection! Bonus: Muscle naturally raises your metabolism – so you can burn calories while you’re sleeping!

Boxing Basics

Ever wanted to try boxing but don’t know where to start?? Join us and learn proper technique, boxing stance and how to punch with power and efficiency in this fun and informative “gloves on” boxing basics class. Dave Kuhlman will teach you various jabs, hooks and uppercuts as well as proper footwork, agility and body mechanics in order to land the most effective and powerful punches. You will enjoy working on hitting the heavy bag, focus mitt drills, proper defense as well as core strength and conditioning training to better your boxing.

Blender Blaster

This a 45 min class sure to get you ready for the weekend. It’s a combination of Core, Cardio, Strength and Stretching!  Do 40 reps of each exercises carefully selected for a total body workout every time!

Vinyasa  Power Yoga

A blending of yoga postures with synchronized breath and smooth movement. Vinyasa flow often includes components derived from ashtanga yoga such as sun salutations, ujjayi pranayma, bandhas and drishti (gaze). Asana, vinyasa and pranayama, are creatively sequenced to develop internal awareness, build heat and explore energizing effects. Vinyasa flow yoga increases strength, stamina and flexibility while calming and steadying the mind.  Participants will need to bring yoga mat or borrow ours.

Yoga for Muscle Recovery

Add some balance to your workouts and join Amanda’s Yoga for Muscle for Recovery class on Thursdays. Be kind to your tired, tight and sore muscles with this slow and intense stretching class dedicated to increasing blood flow to aid quicker recovery and decreasing your chance of injury.  Improve your overall flexibility as well as your range of motion to improve posture and general well being.


Zumba exercise classes are “fitness-parties” that bring together world dance rhythms and easy-to-follow choreography to create a full-body workout that is quite simply fun. No dance experience is required for you to rock this class and get a good sweat on! The combination of fast and slow rhythms provides interval-style dance cardio that will have you working hard, but the infectious vibe and exciting music will have you smiling the whole time!
