Pilates – Coming to EliteXTraining Lombard

Starting in September, Erin Holland will be joining EXT as our new Pilates Coach. With tons of experience under her belt, she brings a unique style of exercise guaranteed to deliver results.

What is Pilates? It is the practice of controlled movements that improve flexibility, build strength, develop control and endurance in the body. It puts emphasis on alignment, breathing, developing a strong core and improving coordination and balance. Pilates allows for different exercises to be modified in range of difficulty from beginning to advanced.
